  Late last week, I received a call from Ryan, who is the Service Manager at Reynella Mazda. He was advising me that a power window motor for my VW Polo, which they had ordered several months ago, had arrived and wanted to book my car in to have it replaced. This was to be done under a second hand vehicle warranty. I duly took my car to their workshop for the work to be done. After about two hours, I was advised by Ryan that they were having trouble with the installation to the window motor as there seemed to be some sort of electrical fault caused by a broken wire. He further advised me that they would need to keep my car over night. Originally, this concerned me as my wife and I had driven 80 km's from our home to the workshop. Ryan then told me that he would provide a brand new Mazda CX-3 for me to use while my car was getting fixed. This was provided without me asking. Ryan then said that he would arrange to have my car delivered to my home when it was fixed and he would pick up the Mazda at the same time. I was very impressed with this customer service. Ryan kept us constantly informed of the progress of the work on my car and was very apologetic with the delay. He is an assett to your company and should be commended for his professionalism and customer service.

  The Best Mazda Dealership in South Australia. Friendly and professional sales team, fast and knowledgeable finance department and the best Service and Parts team we've dealt with in 26 years in business, never mind the "bigger" dealers - Reynella Mazda have all the bases covered, that's why we keep buying our fleet and family cars there!   I bought my Mazda 3 from them in 2013. I have had it serviced as per logbook and it has not missed a beat. The services are well done snd the car is given a wash and vacuum before I pick it up. I have never had a complaint about their services.
